HOST A SCREENING
After its release on the eve of the 2024 election, and an award-winning international broadcast run, DEMOCRACY UNDER SIEGE is now available in the U.S on Kinema.com for home viewing, to send as a gift, and for easy set up of in-person or online group screenings.
We are partnering with grass-roots organizations, libraries, and schools that champion free speech and understand the urgent need to deepen understanding of our political system in order to defend it.
An in-person or online screening is a powerful tool to:
Inspire and organize pro-democracy activists
Spark an audience into strategic action
Fundraise for your organization
Create a discussion platform for coalition building among organizers, activists, and policymakers.
There are two options for organizing a screening:
If you prefer a DIY screening, Visit Kinema.com and click the “Create Screening Event” option to set up your own screening with a few easy clicks.
If you are a pro-democracy group who would like to connect about a potential partnership with the film to organize a free screening for your members, please email info@democracyundersiegedoc.org.
The film team can invite cartoonist Ann Telnaes, director Laura Nix, or one of our featured film experts for both virtual and in-person post screening conversations, along with leadership from partner organizations.
